Foundations Community Partnership donates $5k towards new van

AHTN would like give a big THANK YOU to our friends at Foundations Community Partnership for their generous donation of $5000 towards the purchase of our new van as it will help us continue to transport the homeless and those in need to our various missions throughout the year.
